About Dr. Mar

Born and raised in Miami’s Little Haiti, FL, Dr. Marline is a grounded, humbled and accomplished woman. Dr. Mar was born to Haitian immigrant parents. Destined to make her parents proud, Dr. Mar is a successful TEDx Speaker, Award-winning Author, CFO, CPA, Leadership Executive, Managing Director of HR Leadership Development, Educator, Entrepreneur, Resilience Expert, and Doctoral Researcher.
What began as a way to process grief and express her emotions during a deeply personal journey through infertility and child loss, resulted in her debut book, It’ll Happen By 30: A Relentless Journey of Faith | Delayed but Not Denied.
Driven by a continual desire to support and uplift others facing similar challenges, Dr. Marline takes great pride in sharing her story with the masses. She is on a mission to reach, empower, inspire, and support women everywhere, be it with family-building, career, personal resilience, leadership, confidence, you name it!
